Caitlyn and Aimee had an awesome day at soccer today. Caitlyn scored her first goal ever in the final minute of the game. After a series of relentless attacks on the goal she successfully sailed the ball right past the opposing goalkeeper. The crowd went wild (especially Ruth and I). I know YMCA soccer is not about winning, but a first goal is quite an accomplishment 🙂
